Where we ship
We currently ship only to valid addresses within the United States. Orders submitted with an unsupported or incomplete address may be cancelled.
Shipping cost
The shipping charge shown at checkout applies to the order. The normal flat rate is $9.99, and it may be reduced to free shipping during a promotion.
Processing and tracking
Every product is made to order. Production timing depends on the item and current order volume. When a label is created, tracking is sent by email and appears in My Orders. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
All sales final
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations after payment or production begins.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email ugotit.peptides@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy when required. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
