Ordering
You must be at least 21 years old to place an order. You are responsible for accurate product choices, colors, notes, contact details, and shipping information.
Made to order
Products are 3D printed to order. Minor layer lines, surface texture, and small color variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not defects.
Payments
Payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment provider. Card, PayPal, and Apple Pay are accepted.
Permitted use
Products are storage and organizational hardware. Buyers agree to use them lawfully.
Cancellations and returns
Unpaid orders may be cancelled from My Orders. Once an order is paid or production begins, cancellation may not be possible. All made-to-order sales are final, subject to the damaged, defective, or incorrect-item process in our Shipping & Returns policy and rights required by law.
Availability
We may reject or cancel an order affected by stock, pricing, payment, address, fraud, or production issues. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable payment will be refunded.
